10 Day Return

Return item within 10 days of receipt for credit of the original
purchase price to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition.

or e-mail linda@lindagoff.com for return authorization number before
shipping returned items. Customer pays return shipping charges.

30 Day Exchange

Return item within 30 days of receipt for exchange of an item
of the same value. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanged items must be in original, undamaged condition.

Shipping

We ship via first class mail to USA addresses. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks
for delivery. Please contact us if you require another method of
shipment or if you need an international rate.

Damage Claims

Please report any losses, short shipments or damages at once. Claims must be made
within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Save damaged cartons and packing
materials until claim is settled.
